Start a Return Request
Send the FAS team your order details and return reason. This request does not approve a refund, create a shipping label, or change order state.
What happens after you submit
FAS reviews eligibility first. When return intake is enabled, this form creates a requested RMA through Vendure/API and mirrors it to Sanity for review. If intake is not enabled, it falls back to a support message. Stripe, Shippo, inventory, and order state are not changed by this form.
