Ship-in service · 2.4L & 2.7L IHI applications
A clearer path to a ported Hellcat inlet: confirm fitment, send the approved snout, and let FAS complete the agreed porting and hand-finishing scope.
Built for owners who want the factory IHI platform evaluated honestly. No blanket power promise, no assumed lead time, and no confusion between a snout service and a full supercharger rebuild.
Ported Hellcat fundamentals
Hellcat snout porting reshapes and blends restrictive areas in the supplied inlet component. The goal is a smoother transition that supports the rest of the airflow combination—not a one-part guarantee of a specific power number.
The supercharger, throttle body, pulley ratio, fuel system, calibration, engine condition, and intended use all matter. That is why FAS confirms fitment before the part is shipped.
Confirm the supercharger generation, snout, throttle-body plan, and supporting hardware before the part leaves your hands.
The supplied Hellcat snout is opened and blended to create a smoother inlet transition for the selected configuration.
Porting does not repair worn bearings, damaged rotors, cracks, or other mechanical faults. Rebuild needs are handled separately.
Current lead time and return-shipping details are confirmed with the shop so there is no assumed turnaround promise.

Compatibility
Model names alone are not enough to confirm service fitment. Supercharger generation and existing inlet hardware must be reviewed before shipping.
Challenger SRT Hellcat · Charger SRT Hellcat · Trackhawk · Durango SRT Hellcat · Ram TRX
Send-in snout porting for supported factory-supercharger configurations. Confirm model year and throttle-body plan before shipping.
Hellcat Redeye · Challenger SRT Demon · supported high-output IHI applications
The inlet path and supporting components differ by application. The shop will confirm the correct service scope before work begins.
Send-in workflow
Start on the product page, then confirm the part and lead time with FAS. This protects the component, the schedule, and the work order.
Open the Vendure-backed service product to see the current price, availability, and checkout terms.
Share the vehicle, supercharger size, throttle body, pulley setup, and any known mechanical concerns.
Cap open passages, protect the shaft and mounting faces, insure the package, and include the order details.
FAS completes the agreed porting scope and coordinates return shipment after the part is ready.
Plan the whole airflow system.
Porting changes the inlet path, but the correct next step depends on the complete build. Some combinations require calibration review; others may require supporting hardware or mechanical service first.
When required, FAS can provide remote tuner coordination and datalog review. The shop does not promise a measured horsepower result from this service alone.

The purchasable Hellcat service linked on this page is for supported 2.4L and 2.7L IHI snouts. If you need the complete supercharger housing evaluated, contact FAS before shipping so the required parts and service scope can be confirmed.
For the listed Hellcat snout-porting service, send only the parts confirmed by FAS after your fitment review. Do not assume that a complete blower is required. If the supercharger also needs a rebuild, the shop will help you choose the appropriate separate service.
There is no universal or guaranteed horsepower number. Results depend on the supercharger, throttle body, pulley ratio, fuel, calibration, engine condition, and the rest of the airflow path. FAS will help determine whether porting is appropriate for the current combination.
Airflow changes may require calibration review depending on the complete setup. FAS can coordinate with a remote tuner and support datalog review when required; confirm the plan before installation.
Lead time varies with current shop workload and the condition of the supplied part. Confirm the current turnaround before shipping. The product page is the source for current availability and checkout terms.
Porting is not a mechanical repair. Bearing noise, pressure loss, cracks, rotor contact, or excessive wear should be evaluated before porting. A rebuild may be the correct first step.
It can. Porting is a performance modification, and warranty decisions are made by the vehicle or component manufacturer. Review the applicable warranty terms before ordering.
