The Problem

Why Powerstroke Owners
Upgrade Their Factory Piping

The factory intercooler piping on your 6.7L was designed to meet emissions and cost targets — not to survive high-boost, heavy-tow, or performance applications.

Factory Boots Fail Under Boost
Cracked silicone = unmetered air, lost power, and potential engine damage under load.
Weak OEM Clamp System
Stock hose clamps cannot hold seal when boost climbs — especially under sustained tow loads.
Restrictive Airflow Geometry
Tight bends and inconsistent pipe diameter strangle turbo spool and kill throttle response.
Boost Leaks Spike Intake Temps
Leaking intercooler piping feeds hot air back in — your tune and your engine both suffer.
Stock Piping Becomes the Bottleneck
Once you tune or add horsepower mods, factory piping is the first thing that fails. Guaranteed.
No Fix From the Factory
Ford designed it to spec cost. There is no revised OEM part. The only fix is a proper aftermarket replacement.

The Upgrade

Factory vs FAS.
Not Even Close.

Your truck deserves hardware built to the same standard as your build. Every detail — from the weld seam to the HD clamp connection — was engineered to outperform the stock system at every boost level.

Leak-free seal at any boost level — stock hose clamps cannot compete.
  • Hand TIG-Welded Stainless
Built for decades of heat cycles and high-boost abuse.
  • Custom Designed & Fabricated
Engineered specifically for your application. No generic bends, no compromises.
  • High-Grade Silicone Boots
Rated for high-boost, high-temp applications — not cracking at 80k miles.

From Powerstroke Owners

Real Trucks. Real Results.

"Boost leaks completely gone. Truck pulls 14k lb trailer now and doesn't hesitate the way it used to. The HD clamp connections are solid — no wiggling, no leaking. Build quality is exactly what you'd expect from a shop that's been doing this for 20 years."

Travis M. 2022 F-350 6.7L — daily driver + heavy tow

"Weld quality is insane. I've bought a lot of aftermarket piping and this is the best TIG work I've seen outside a custom fab shop. Fitment was dead-on, no adapters needed. Bought the CCV kit with it and the whole install took about 3 hours."

Jason R. 2021 F-250 6.7L — stage 2 tune, compound turbos

"Got this to future-proof before I tune. Throttle response is noticeably crisper even at stock power. Sounds nastier under boost too — there's a sharper spooling sound from the turbo. Shipping was fast and the packaging was legit, nothing shifted around."

Derek W. 2023 F-350 — stock tune for now, modding soon

"Had a boost leak for months that killed my fuel economy while towing. This kit fixed it. I'm not a "performance guy" — I just needed it to work. It works. Truck runs like it should. FAS answered every dumb question I had before I ordered too."

Why does the 6.7L Powerstroke need an intercooler piping upgrade?
The factory intercooler piping was built to OEM cost and emissions targets — not high-boost, heavy-tow, or performance applications. Stock hose clamps fail under sustained boost pressure, OEM silicone cracks under heat cycles, and the restrictive airflow geometry kills spool time. Once you tune or add power mods, the factory piping is the first thing that fails.
What years does the FAS Piping Kit fit?
The kit is available for 2015–2016, 2017–2019, 2020–2022, and 2023+ 6.7L Powerstroke trucks (F-250, F-350, F-450). Select your year group during checkout to receive the correct fitment.
Is a CCV Reroute Kit required?
Yes — FAS requires the CCV Reroute Kit with all piping kit installations. Routing crankcase vapor through new high-quality stainless piping contaminates the system over time. The CCV reroute eliminates that and keeps your new kit performing as designed. It's available as an add-on at checkout.
What is the lead time on this kit?
The 6.7L Powerstroke Piping Kit is custom fabricated in-house in Punta Gorda, FL. Current lead time is 7–10 business days from order to ship.
Does this require cutting or welding on my truck?
No. The kit is engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement. No cutting, no welding, no fabrication required on your end. Installation takes approximately 3 hours with basic mechanical skills.
Can I add powder coating?
Yes — powder coating is available as a checkout add-on. Choose Prismatic or Matte Black, or provide a custom RAL/HEX color code for a fully custom finish. Add $300 to your order.
What gains can I expect?
Eliminating boost leaks restores the power your tune is already calling for. Owners report noticeably crisper throttle response, improved turbo spool sound, and — for those who had unresolved boost leaks — measurable fuel economy improvements while towing. This kit is engineered to stop the factory weak point from becoming your power limit.
