The Build Process
From intake to final inspection, every step is handled in-house at our Punta Gorda facility.
- Coordinate & Drop Off
Contact FAS to confirm platform compatibility and schedule your build slot. Drop your vehicle at 6161 Riverside Dr, Punta Gorda, FL 33982.
- Pre-Build Assessment
Your vehicle's baseline condition is logged and documented before any work begins. Platform fit is confirmed and the build scope is finalized.
- Full Installation
Pulley swap, cooling modifications, and ECU unlock performed by FAS technicians using our validated build sheet for your specific platform.
- Calibration Coordination
FAS technicians collect street/shakedown datalogs while an outside tuner reviews and revises calibration files — adjusted for your specific engine, fuel system, and conditions. Not a generic file drop.
- QC & Release
Final street/shakedown validation checks drivability and datalog quality. Datalogs are reviewed through remote tuner coordination when required, and your vehicle is released with build documentation.
The FAS Performance Ladder
The FAS800 is built for future upgrades. Every tier uses the same baseline platform work — moving up costs less when you started right.
