The FAS1000 is not a simple bolt-on package. It is a complete performance system — race ported supercharger, 108mm throttle body, longtube headers, upgraded fuel system, E85 conversion, and a custom tune built on our AWD dyno. The result: a verified 1000+ WHP build that goes from the street to the strip without apology.

- Race Ported Supercharger
FAS in-house ported supercharger rotor pack with port-matched inlet for maximum airflow and reduced restriction at high boost.
- 108mm Throttle Body
Oversized 108mm throttle body removes the factory restriction and allows the ported supercharger to breathe at full capacity.
- Upgraded Fuel System
Comprehensive fuel system upgrade — injectors, fuel pump, and supporting hardware — to support sustained 1000+ WHP fueling demand.
- Pulley Package
Aggressive platform-specific pulley combination calibrated to achieve 1000+ WHP with the ported supercharger and full fuel system.
- Longtube Headers
Full long tube header installation for improved exhaust flow, reduced backpressure, and meaningful power gains across the RPM range.
- E85 Conversion
Complete E85 conversion including flex fuel sensor, injector upgrade, and a dedicated E85 calibration for safe and reliable use on ethanol.
- Full Custom Dyno Tune
Comprehensive calibration developed on our in-house AWD dynamometer for your specific vehicle. Pump gas and E85 maps both developed and verified.
- Installation Labor
Full professional installation at our Punta Gorda, FL facility by FAS technicians. Documented on the FAS1000 validated build sheet.

The Race Ported Supercharger
The most critical component in the FAS1000 build is the race ported supercharger — and it is done entirely in-house at FAS.
The factory Hellcat supercharger is a capable unit — but it has meaningful restrictions built in for OEM emissions and noise compliance. At the FAS1000 tier, those restrictions come out. FAS performs a full race port on the supercharger inlet, rotor outlet ports, and bypass valve area to maximize airflow volume and reduce restriction at high RPM.
This is not a surface cleanup or a light cleanup pass. It is the same race porting service FAS performs as a standalone service on units shipped in from across the country — done on your supercharger as part of your FAS1000 build.
Combined with the 108mm throttle body and the upgraded fuel system, the ported supercharger is what puts the FAS1000 in a different category than any external bolt-on package.

- What makes the FAS1000 different from the FAS900?
- The FAS1000 is a fundamentally different build. It adds a race-ported supercharger, 108mm throttle body, longtube headers, E85 conversion, and a comprehensive fuel system upgrade. The FAS900 is a bolt-on external build. The FAS1000 is a full-system performance build.
- Does the FAS1000 require E85 to hit 1000 WHP?
- The E85 conversion is included in the FAS1000 build and we develop both a pump gas and an E85 calibration for your vehicle. On E85 you will see higher peak output. On pump gas the car makes excellent power at a safe, conservative tune.
- Are there internal engine upgrades included?
- The FAS1000 does not include bottom-end internal work (rods, pistons, crankshaft) as standard. For customers planning to push beyond 1000 WHP or wanting additional insurance at this power level, we can discuss engine internals as an add-on.
- Can a daily driver realistically run at the FAS1000 level?
- Yes — with the right expectations. The FAS1000 is a track-capable street build. It is daily drivable in pump gas mode. However, at this power level, maintenance intervals become more important, tire wear is accelerated, and we recommend being honest about how and where you drive.
- How long does the FAS1000 build take?
- The FAS1000 is a multi-day build. Expect 3–5 days depending on vehicle condition and our current schedule. Contact us to confirm current build slots and expected turnaround.
