Our focus is narrow by design: IHI twin-screw supercharger service for Hellcat-platform vehicles (Challenger, Charger, Durango, Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, Ram TRX) and intercooler piping fabrication for the Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. We don’t try to be everything to every car — we’re the shop you come to when you need the supercharger work done right.
What We Do
IHI Supercharger Porting
The IHI 2.4L and 2.7L twin-screw supercharger used across FCA/Stellantis Hellcat platforms has a known inlet restriction — the snout and rotor entry ports are sized conservatively from the factory. Porting removes that restriction: we enlarge the snout inlet throat and the rotor entry ports to a specific profile that improves airflow through the unit.
The result on a tuned Hellcat, Trackhawk, or TRX is typically 30–50 wheel horsepower — gains that can’t be achieved with any bolt-on alone. Porting is a one-time modification that makes every other modification (pulleys, tune, injectors) more effective.
Supercharger Rebuild
A supercharger rebuild addresses wear that accumulates with mileage and hard use. The snout bearing and nose cone bearing are the primary wear points on the IHI unit — they fail slowly, often with a gradually worsening whine or a change in cold-start noise profile that owners dismiss until the bearing fails completely.
We offer bearing replacement as a standalone service or combined with porting. If you’re sending the unit in for porting and the bearings show wear, we’ll address it in the same service window.
6.7L Powerstroke Piping
Our fabrication shop produces hand-built intercooler piping kits for the 2020+ Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. We cut, bend, and weld each kit in-house. If you’re building your Super Duty for performance — even a tuned street truck — upgraded piping is a foundational modification.
