Supercharger Porting Service
Hand-finished, flow-bench validated porting for Hellcat TVS, IHI Demon, LT4, LSA/LS9, M112/M122, and Eaton blowers. We remove the factory inlet restriction that keeps your blower from breathing at the top of the RPM range — without touching the rotor pack.
Why Port a Supercharger?
Factory supercharger inlets are cast to a production tolerance — not optimized for airflow. At elevated boost or on built motors, the inlet radius, discharge plenum, and rotor housing transitions all create turbulence and restriction that cap power well before the mechanical limit of the blower.
Porting removes material from those transitions, blends the ports to improve laminar flow, and lowers pressure drop across the blower. The result: the same rotor speed delivers more mass airflow. On a Hellcat platform running a proper tune, ported superchargers consistently push peak power higher while reducing IAT rise — because the air isn't fighting as hard to get in.
See the Hellcat-specific teardown and flow data on our Hellcat Supercharger Porting detail page .
Porting by Platform
Hellcat / IHI (2.4L & 2.7L TVS)
Most PopularFull inlet and discharge porting for the 2.4L Hellcat TVS and 2.7L IHI Demon/Redeye/Jailbreak blower. Removes the factory restriction that caps Hellcat builds before the motor does.
LT4 Supercharger Snout
Precision snout porting for the 1.7L LT4 Eaton TVS supercharger found in the C7 Z06, Camaro ZL1, and CTS-V. Direct bolt-on, no case work required.
LSA / LS9 (1.9L Eaton TVS)
Inlet porting for the 1.9L LSA (CTS-V Gen2, ZL1 Gen5) and LS9 (C6 Z06). Eliminates the factory restriction that limits top-end breathing on high-boost LSA builds.
M112 / M122 (Roots-Type)
Inlet and discharge porting for the M112 (Mustang Cobra, Lightning) and M122 (GT500) Roots-type blowers. Unshackles the stock inlet that starves these blowers above 550 rwhp.
Audi / Eaton (Custom Quote)
Audi TFSI and other Eaton TVS variants evaluated case-by-case. Contact the shop with your blower spec and target power level — we'll tell you exactly what's possible.
How the Process Works
- 1 Order online or call the shop. Select your blower type. If you're not sure what porting applies to your build, call before ordering — (812) 200-9012.
- 2 Ship us the blower (or snout). For snout-only porting, pull the snout and send that. For full inlet / discharge work, ship the complete blower — rotors included. We inspect on arrival and contact you if there are any findings before starting work.
- 3 We port, blend, and flow-bench test. All ports are hand-finished. We verify airflow improvement on the bench before the blower ships back.
- 4 Shipped back in 3–5 business days. Nationwide. If you need bearing replacement done at the same time, bundle it — the blower is already apart.
